Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use SKAAP. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us at support@useskaap.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Account sharing or impersonation is prohibited.

(A) Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. No charge during the trial. The plan auto-converts to paid if not cancelled before the trial ends.

(B) Plans. Monthly $4.99/month · Annual $39.99/year (equivalent to $3.33/month).

(C) Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

(D) Cancellation. iOS: Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Subscriptions. Web: SKAAP Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

(E) Refunds. iOS refunds are handled by Apple. Android refunds are handled by Google. Web refunds may be requested within 7 days at support@useskaap.com.

(F) Price changes. We will give 30 days' notice via in-app notification and email before any price change.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our product database
• Use bots or automated tools to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent subscription paywalls or usage limits
• Upload malicious code or interfere with Service integrity

SKAAP does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Ingredient flags, conflict alerts, and regulatory information are general information only — not personalized medical advice. Food and beauty scores are produced by SKAAP's proprietary algorithm and are not dietary advice. Always consult a physician or registered dietitian before changing your diet, skincare regimen, or medications based on SKAAP data.

SKAAP content, including the score algorithm, app design, and copy, is owned by SKAAP Technologies Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of personal data you provide. You grant SKAAP a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SKAAP is not liable for decisions made based on Service data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKAAP's total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or $100.

You may delete your account at Settings → Account → Delete Account. Personal data is removed within 30 days. An active subscription remains until the end of its billing period — you must cancel it separately to avoid future charges. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained.

SKAAP may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive the right to participate in a class action. Injunctive relief remains available for intellectual property claims.

Material changes will be communicated 14 days in advance via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
